Orlando Villanueva Injured in Atascosa, TX Car Accident on Fowler Rd

A lot of people call the firm after they or their loved ones were involved in a crash like this one. Their reasons for crashing are often very different from one another, as there are plenty of ways a car could go out of control. In fact, single-vehicle crashes are often deceptively complicated and careful investigation is needed to get to the bottom of them.

Not everyone agrees, however; in fact, some folks think just about any single-vehicle crash happens because the driver did something wrong. Is that possible? Of course; operator errors account for many solo wrecks and investigators should always look into things like speeding, distraction, or even impairment if they have any reason to suspect them. However, those can't and shouldn't be taken for granted. Other factors like manufacturing defects, road hazards, tire blowouts, medical conditions, and even other drivers running off the road must also be accounted for.

At the end of the day someone was seriously hurt here, and that's more than enough reason to learn the whole and true story of his accident. Meanwhile it's important to avoid jumping to conclusions before the evidence can speak for itself.
