Woman Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident on Franklin Street in Marshall, TX

Marshall, TX -- November 20, 2022, a woman was injured after an accident where the vehicle she was in crashed along Franklin Street.

Details about the crash are limited at this time. It appears a 24-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were in a Dodge Ram traveling southbound on Franklin. The vehicle somehow ran off-road where it then crashed into a pole and a fence.

Due to the crash, the woman had incapacitating injuries. The other occupant was not hurt. That alone can raise some red flags. That disparity in injuries can sometimes be a sign something went wrong, such as a faulty seatbelt or airbag. It can happen for perfectly normal reasons, of course, but I rarely see authorities catch those kinds of details. That's why I can't help wondering if those involved in this crash ever got the answers they deserved.
