Moses Vasquez, Angelica Ledesma, Harold Galm Injured in Car Accident in Bexar County, TX

Bexar County, TX -- December 15, 2022, Moses Vasquez, Angelica Ledesma, and Harold Galm were injured due to a car accident.

Public information from authorities says that the crash happened at around 8:25 p.m. along US Highway 90 at Pioneer Estate Street.

It appears that 22-year-old Angelica Marie Ledesma and 25-year-old Moses Vasquez were in a Honda Accord traveling westbound along the highway. For reasons yet to be confirmed, the vehicle ran across the median and crashed into an eastbound Ford F-250 driven by 70-year-old Harold Galm.

Vasquez was said to have incapacitating injuries due to the crash while Ledesma's injuries were said to be non-incapacitating. Galm's condition wasn't specified. Right now, additional details aren't available.

For a vehicle to careen across an entire median, something has to go pretty sideways. That could be due to a lot of things, such as mechanical issues, tire blowouts, medical emergencies, road hazards, other reckless drivers who left the scene, etc.

Frankly, my concern in these situations is if authorities alone will really get answers for the victims and families. As skilled as many officers are, their departments aren't always on the same page, leaving those investigators without proper tools or ample time to really dig into the details. That's how important information slips through the cracks, and it's why professional accident reconstructionists are generally a much more prudent path to getting answers.
