Dylan Allen Scott Injured in Car Accident in San Jacinto County, TX

I've had a lot of people come to me over the years with police statements that are weeks or months old, and they barely scratched the surface on what happened. Without a clear understanding of what happened, things like manufacturing issues, alcohol, road hazards, hit-and-runs, and other factors can slip through the cracks.

It's one of the reasons that the attorneys of victims and families as well as insurance defense lawyers usually rely on independent accident reconstructions. Even when the police release seemingly clear reports, they can make mistakes. Failing to account for those mistakes means important details may slip through the cracks. People deserve to know their needs are getting proper attention, and unless authorities were more thorough with details they didn't release to the public, I have a seriously hard time believing that happened with this crash.
