Lloyd Goodnoe Killed in Hit-and-run Accident in Austin, TX

Initial details say that 58-year-old Lloyd P. Goodnoe was walking at the time when a vehicle hit him, then left the scene. Goodnoe succumbed to fatal injuries due to the collision. Police have not identified the suspect driver. However, it's at least a positive step that authorities continue to put these details in the public eye. It's one of the best things that can be done after a hit-and-run incident, as drivers are usually caught when a vigilant member of the community connects the dots and comes forward. I remain confident that continued efforts from the public will yield results.
