Roche had incapacitating injuries following the crash, authorities said, while a child in her vehicle had injuries said to be non-incapacitating. Details surrounding the crash are still unconfirmed at this time.

Something that concerns me is every year over the holidays, crashes like this tend to slip through the cracks. Between the authorities and the media, people are in and out of offices, and reports don't always get the attention they deserve. For something as potentially complex as a serious car wreck, that only serves to further harm the victims and families involved who deserve to know they're going to get answers. So, were police here thorough behind the scenes and helpful in getting the victims clear answers? Or, are there still important details here which have yet to be addressed?
