As a result of the crash, the driver reportedly had incapacitating injuries. The details surrounding the wreck were not confirmed.

Some folks may be content to just assume the driver did something wrong, but I've been around too long to fall into that hasty way of thinking. Are things like distraction, speeding, and alcohol common? Of course, but they're far from the only possible factor to consider.

From medical conditions to tire blowouts to mechanical issues to road hazards, all sorts of reasons can lead to a car crashing like this. Without proper investigations those details can easily slip through the cracks. That's bad enough following a crash, but it's even worse for those who are left to pick up the pieces while everyone else just assumes they did something wrong. The sooner people learn about the importance of thorough investigations, the more we'll see the public do the right thing by allowing the evidence to speak for itself.
