Commentary on Cars and Coffee Accident in Trophy Club

Even with the video of what happened here, I'm not one for jumping to conclusions. I've seen far too many unusual circumstances to go around casting blame without knowing all the facts. Regardless of what happened, though, the important matter is what comes next. How will the victims get the help they need? Who's responsible? Are they going to cooperate, or is there going to be some insurance company jacking the victims around and hoping they give up? Understanding these potential challenges and how to overcome them is what truly needs attention in these situations.
