Commentary on Car Accident on US 87 at CR 7500 in Lubbock

If this intersection is the same as the most recent images I can find, it seems clear that traffic on the highway has the right of way. But that's not the only factor that matters in these situations. It's important to look at the victims' injuries and find out what exactly caused them. For example, someone can be texting and driving and rear end someone, but their injuries could be the result of a faulty airbag. That's what happened in a crash a colleague and I were discussing just the other day. Likely or not, there are details authorities often overlook. Learning about them and how to get the right people looking into them can be vital for victims and families.
