Commentary on Joseph Hernandez Motorcycle Accident in Lubbock County
Something I push back against a lot on this blog is people who just assume all motorcyclists are reckless drivers. That's simply not true. Are those reckless riders out there? Of course, but the same is true with typical motorists, as well. That's why I discourage jumping to conclusions and instead advocate for letting the evidence speaking for itself. Oftentimes, that's the best way to ensure nothing important slips through the cracks, which is crucial for victims and families, to say the least.
