Dustin Pace Injured in Truck Accident in Lee County, TX

Lee County, TX -- November 17, 2022, Dustin Pace was injured due to an accident where Pace's vehicle crashed with a Mack truck.

Officials said that the accident happened at around 8:51 p.m. along US Highway 77 near the intersection of County Road 220.

It appears that 22-year-old Dustin Pace was in a Chevy Tahoe which was traveling southbound along the highway. The vehicle somehow went into oncoming lanes. There, the Tahoe collided with a Mack truck-trailer combo.

Pace sustained incapacitating injuries due to the crash. No other injuries were reported. At this time, additional details cannot be confirmed.

Something I talk about a lot on this blog is just how complex commercial vehicle wrecks are. Folks tend to take for granted that authorities can handle everything, but the reality is they often make mistakes. This isn't to critique officers, necessarily.
