Commentary on Forrest Lewis Car Accident in Denton County
One of my biggest issues is when people see a crash like this and just assume the driver did something wrong. Is that possible? Certainly--it's common, in fact. But consider, for example, something like the infamous GM ignition switch defect. Over a hundred people died due to a manufacturing defect they couldn't possibly foresee. How many people just assumed those victims got themselves killed? That's why folks would be wise to learn about all the other possibilities that deserve attention and let the evidence speak for itself.
