Commentary on Timothy Nowicki Tractor-Trailer Accident near North Pole

Saying that a semi-truck "hit" someone can mean a whole lot. That can happen because someone fails to yield and turns in front of the truck. It can also happen when a truck driver is on their phone and fails to slow down approaching a stop sign. It can even happen due to something unforeseeable like brake failure or a tire blowout. The key going forward in these situations is to make sure the right people are asking the right questions. Authorities alone can't always get answers after a complex semi-truck wreck. That's one of the reasons I caution people against relying on their efforts alone and to instead ensure more experienced professionals look into things as soon as possible. Are those steps being taken here?
