Commentary on Del Rio Man Car Accident on Spencer Highway in Pasadena

It's important to consider that authorities often include alcohol simply because it's standard procedure to investigate it. But even if it was a factor, things may not be so simple. One thing authorities don't often consider is dram shop law. It basically says that an alcohol provider who over-serves an obviously intoxicated person can be liable for damages resulting from that intoxication. If nothing else, any path to get people the help they need is worth looking into. Whatever happened here, hopefully the right people are looking into things and getting clear answers.
