Commentary on Mini Vettical, Malik Haynes Motorcycle Accident in Houston
Something I talk about all the time is the importance of letting the evidence speak for itself. That may sound pretty obvious, but folks would be shocked to see how often police simply jump to conclusions or leave a crash investigation unfinished. Between all of their other responsibilities, lack of officers, and lack of equipment, important details often slip through the cracks even in crashes folks would think are relatively simple. At the end of the day, neither of the two people involved here are around to tell their side of the story. Making sure there are experienced professionals working to get the families clear answers needs to be a priority after any crash this devastating.
