Commentary on John David Mays Car Accident in Falls County
People tend to look at crashes like this and just assume all the facts are pretty straight forward. The reality, though, is that it's important to have investigators who can anticipate potentially complex and unusual contributing factors. For example, whatever caused the crash, there are times when someone's injuries are due to something like a faulty airbag or seatbelt. That's rarely something a police report is going to catch. Maybe nothing like that happened here, but someone being seriously hurt should at least warrant steps to get them all the facts. Are those steps being taken here?
