Commentary on Patricia Jean Alden Truck Hit-and-run Accident in McKinney
With details like this, I can only hope more has happened behind the scenes to identify and bring to justice the driver responsible for all of this. Otherwise, these details need to stay in the public so someone can help to connect the dots. With the truck in police custody, it's usually just a matter of time before they identify someone of interest.
But that can bring up other important questions, as well. Was this person working for a company? Do they have a history of reckless driving? Was this something a company could have foreseen but allowed to happen through their inaction? Not only are there folks no doubt in need of help here, there could be others at risk if such a company were allowed to continue unchecked. Perhaps more through independent investigations could help shed light on all of this.
