Commentary on Truck Accident on MS-29 in Jones County

Preliminary reports don't exactly clear up what happened here. All they say is a truck entering the southbound highway crashed with a northbound big rig, but they don't say how or why that happened. Rather than try to fill in those crucial blanks with guesses, I'd just say it's important that properly trained and equipped professionals take a careful look. Skilled and diligent as most police are, sometimes their efforts come up short in fully explaining a situation like this; if their eventual reports are incomplete or even wrong, that can make a lot of problems for the victim.
