Commentary on Bus Accident at Shopping Center in Daly City
This sort of thing can happen for all kinds of reasons. Driver inattention, speeding, a medical emergency, some sort of mechanical defect, poor road design, a lack of experience or training, etc. Obviously covering all of those bases is a complex ordeal which is usually best left in the hands of independent professionals.
But that's even more true with a vehicle like this. If anyone is less cooperative than commercial insurance representatives, it's government agencies. This crash could very well involve both, which is why folks are likely best served taking steps as soon as possible to seek out experienced allies of their own. Getting the help they deserve no doubt depends on it.
