Commentary on Elmer Delgado, Francisco Torres Herrera Car Accident in Williamson County

With head on collisions like this, it's important to ensure investigators have the right experience and equipment to actually look into things. Police on their own don't always prioritize accident reconstruction, and that's why countless families come to me with reports that barely scratch surface. Whether this all was due to alcohol, speeding, mechanical issues, a medical emergency, tire failure, road hazards, or any number of other things, the victims and families need evidence if they're going to get the help they deserve.
