Commentary on Philip Faudoa Accident in Houston
People may read that the truck driver allegedly turned from the wrong lane and think there's not much else needed to hold him (and by extension his employer) responsible for the victim's injuries. Reasonable as that may seem, though, commercial truck accidents are rarely that simple. Folks who have never crashed with a big rig aren't aware of the drawn-out and complicated battles awaiting those who do. Companies rarely if ever accept liability without first doing everything they can to avoid it--arguing with police reports, sending out their own investigators, blaming anything and everything else they can...there's a lot up their sleeves and they aren't shy about using it. It's best that anyone affected by a crash like this knows what they might be up against and how to overcome it. Click the image below to read more.
