Nicole Lynn Brouillete, Shelby Mele Injured in Car Accident in Arlington, TX

Arlington, TX -- November 11, 2022, Nicole Brouillete and Shelby Mele were injured due to an accident where their cars collided.

In preliminary details, officials said that the crash happened just after 10:00 a.m. along Abram Street at Wooded Glen Court.

They say that 32-year-old Nicole Brouillete was in a Honda Civic traveling eastbound along Abram Street. somehow, the Honda and an oncoming Ford Escape collided head-on.

Due to the crash, Brouillete was said to have incapacitating injuries. The other driver, identified as 18-year-old Shelby Mele, had unspecified injuries.

Police brought up alcohol as a possible factor, but these details have yet to be confirmed.

Frankly, though, that's not very common at 10:00 a.m. I'd need to see more thorough reports to know if police simply brought it up because they always look into it or if there is clear evidence. If alcohol was a factor, then it could mean a local alcohol provider is on the hook for illegally over-serving someone. Otherwise, there could be less common factors authorities aren't looking into properly.
