Woman, 2 Children Injured in Rollover Crash on I-10 in Bexar County, TX

Bexar County, TX — November 30, 2022, a woman and two children were injured in an overturn accident on Interstate 10 in east Bexar County.

Authorities say the incident happened Wednesday along I-10 near Farm to Market Road 1518. The cause and circumstances of the accident aren't clear, but police found an adult driver and two children ages 3 and 4 trapped inside an upside-down SUV. Responders pulled all three out of the vehicle and transported them to an area hospital. The victims are expected to recover.

The investigation continues. No further information is available at this time.

All authorities can report so far is what they found at the scene and what they did to help the victims. There's no telling yet exactly how or why the SUV overturned--a driver mistake? Bad roads? A vehicle malfunction or blown tire? Someone else running the victims off the road then leaving the scene? Only time and careful investigation could say with more certainty, and in the meantime it's best to withhold judgment.
