Commentary on Martin Trujillo, Alejandra Sanchez Car Accident in Pharr

It's obviously serious anytime alcohol comes up as a possible contributing factor, though it would seem there will be consequences if it turns out the driver was indeed intoxicated. But they may not be the only ones to blame. Folks must also consider that a lot of crashes like this involve bars illegally over-serving someone, and those establishments can be liable under dram shop law for their role in the accident. As such, victims in need of help should ensure investigators who understand and are experienced with dram shop have a chance to look into the details so they can get the help they need and ensure any complicit alcohol providers face the appropriate consequences. Are those steps being taken here?
