Commentary on Sheila Healy Truck Accident in Waterbury

There isn't much information about what actually caused this collision, so it may sound obvious for me to say there needs to be further investigations. But a lot of people think that just means waiting on the authorities. I can't say how thorough the authorities here are being, but my experience taught me it's best not to wait around to find out. Oftentimes, families will come to me weeks or months after a crash with nothing but an incomplete or inaccurate accident report.

When it comes to getting people the help they need after a commercial truck wreck, that's just not going to cut it. That's why it's important for people to understand the potential hurdles that will stand between them and that much needed help so they can prepare accordingly. I see no reason why this crash would be an exception to that.
