Commentary on Andrew Sanchez Car Accident in League City
When it comes to rear-end collision, folks tend to just blame the rear driver and move on. As common as that scenario is, it's important to remember that preliminary details rarely tell the whole story. Police don't always have all the facts.
There are was a crash I looked into a while back, for example, where police blamed someone for rear-ending an 18-wheeler. However, it turned out that 18-wheeler had merged off the shoulder along a dark highway without turning its lights on until it was too late for the victim to avoid.
I'm not saying that happened here, of course, but it's one of many examples where more thorough investigations are necessary before anyone can truly draw any conclusions. Are those investigations happening here?
