Commentary on Briana Reyes Accident in Victoria

Police believe the victim was intoxicated when she crashed, but haven't proven it yet. If blood tests confirm their theory that could have further-reaching implications, but in the meantime it's important to look into other potential explanations as well. A lot of things can send a vehicle off-course, among them blown tires, malfunctions or defects, medical emergencies, or a wet or uneven road surface. Until those possibilities and others are considered it's important not to take anything for granted, so will police give the victim the benefit of the doubt and do a thorough job seeking answers?
