Commentary on Garland Man Truck Accident on I-35 in Jarrell
It's not unusual for a crash like this to happen in poor weather, though that's no reason to ignore this crash or overlook complex possible factors. Not only could there be other reasons the crash happened, there could be other factors which had a direct impact on the victim's injuries.
For example, authorities rarely ever consider how many commercial trucks fail to withstand otherwise minor rollovers. Manufacturers don't always keep the safety of truckers in mind, leading accidents which could be relatively moderate to become serious or even fatal. Could that be something that happened here? If nothing else, it's worth consideration.
