Commentary on Victor Castro Car Accident in Dallas

With a serious crash like this, a challenge folks rarely consider is ensuring the people looking into things are actually giving the details the proper attention. Authorities alone often aren't enough. Officers may not be experienced, may not have proper equipment, or may be so overworked that their department pulls them to other jobs before they can look into the crash thoroughly. That's how important details slip through the cracks.

Maybe someone had a mechanical issue. Maybe someone was on their phone. Maybe someone was coming from a bar, and that bar is also liable for their role in the crash. Maybe there are problems with this specific intersection. At the end of the day, victims and families looking for help need to ensure they actually have the evidence to tell their side of the story.
