Commentary on Car Accident on Riverside Drive in Austin

One Injured in Car Accident on Riverside Drive in Austin, TX

This early in the morning, there's usually a concern that alcohol was a factor. Since bars close at 2:00 a.m., many crashes like this not only involve drunk drivers but also negligent businesses who are liable under dram shop law for over-serving those drivers. Authorities are generally thorough when it comes to the drivers, but seeking out the negligent establishments and getting people the help they need typically means having independent investigators look into things. Are those steps being taken here?
