Commentary on Richard Rene Rivera Car Accident in Houston

It always concerns me when there is a disparity in the facts. It's entirely possible a simple typo or miscommunication caused details to suggest someone was hurt when they were okay, or vice versa. But this lack of accuracy can also be a sign authorities simply aren't giving a serious crash the attention it needs. This is one of the reasons I tend to rely on independent investigators to look into accidents. Getting all the facts is crucial to getting people the help they need. While it's not entirely clear if anyone does need help here, it would be helpful to at least understand the potential challenges a crash like this can bring.
