Commentary on School Bus Accident on Harvie Road in Henrico
Something I do on this blog a lot is help people anticipate potential challenges they may not otherwise be aware of. One challenge, simply put, is whoever is on the other side looking to avoid giving the victims and families the help they need. That makes this situation rather complex. Why is that?
Generally, there are two groups that are about as obstinate as possible when it comes to taking responsibility. One is a government agency, and the other is a commercial insurance provider. A school bus accident might just involve both. That's why, more than usual, it's vital folks involved in a situation like this seek out the allies and evidence necessary to prepare for those hurdles. Companies and government jurisdictions can go to great lengths to avoid blame, but the evidence can ultimately speak for itself when given the proper attention. Are those steps being taken here?
