Michael Gutierrez Injured in Car Accident in Kaufman County, TX

Kaufman County, TX -- October 22, 2022, Michael Gutierrez was injured following an accident where his vehicle crashed along the roadway.

Officials said that the incident happened at around 1:45 a.m. along FM 148 near County Road 4052.

It appears that 31-year-old Michael Gutierrez was in a vehicle traveling eastbound along FM 148. Somehow, the vehicle lost control and crashed into the guardrail.

Due to the crash, Gutierrez sustained injuries said to be incapacitating. No one else appears to have been involved. Right now, the cause of the crash remains unclear.

One of the types of wrecks that carries far too much bias with people is single-vehicle wrecks. People just assume the driver did something wrong. Is that possible? Absolutely--in fact, it's common.
