Commentary on Alexander Guerrero Gomez Car Accident in Caldwell County

With single vehicle wrecks like this, my main concern is that folks are just going to jump to conclusions. Is it true that this sort of thing usually involves driver error? Sure, but that's no reason to rule out other possibilities without proper investigations. For example, the infamous GM ignition switch caused hundreds of crashes just like this, and the public didn't know about the issue for years until independent investigators brought it to light. If only to find a way to get someone the help they need, steps should be taken to ensure experienced investigators look into things so nothing important slips through the cracks.
