Gloria Bustos Injured in Car Accident in Tyler, TX

Tyler, TX -- May 16, 2022, Gloria Bustos was injured after an accident where two vehicles collided after one allegedly failed to yield.

Initial details released indicated that the crash happened at approximately 8:52 a.m. along 8th Street at Donnybrook Avenue.

29-year-old Gloria Bustos was said to be in a Buick Enclave traveling northbound on Donnybrook. At East 8th, details say that a westbound SUV failed to stop for a stop sign and crashed into the right side of the Buick.

As a result, Bustos was said to have incapacitating injuries. Authorities did not say that the other driver was seriously injured. Right now, additional details are unavailable.

While that can happen for many reasons, modern vehicles can generally protect motorists up to a certain point. But someone can still be seriously hurt if a safety feature, such as side-curtain airbags or a seatbelt, fail to work properly.
