Commentary on Trevin Chandler, Kobe Martin Accident near Salina

I've found that people are often much too quick to blame single-vehicle crashes on the drivers. There's always talk of speeding, getting distracted, or (for the cynical) being intoxicated and losing control, but while those factors may be involved in some cases they can't be taken for granted. There are plenty of other possible causes for a wreck like this, and to learn the whole story all of them must be considered. Even if something seems unlikely, it's important to have all the facts before reaching conclusions. Will police take that kind of care and time with the Kansas crash?
