Tina Marie Jackson Killed in Truck, Wheelchair Accident in Logan, UT

Logan, UT -- October 28, 2022, Tina Marie Jackson was killed due to an accident where a commercial truck hit her at an intersection.

Authorities said that the incident happened at around 10:00 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and 200 N.

It appears that 65-year-old Tina Marie Jackman was in a motorized wheelchair traveling across the street. While doing so, a semi-truck turning right off 200 N onto Main. Somehow, the truck hit Jackman, ultimately resulting in fatal injuries.

Right now, additional details about the crash are unavailable.

While the exact circumstances surrounding this incident aren't entirely clear, these situations tend to come down to whether or not the truck driver reasonably could have avoided hitting the victim.
