Commentary on Michael Anthony Grizzle Rollover Accident in Ellis County

Regardless of what caused this crash, I want to discuss something that even a lot of truckers don't talk about. For several years now, the technology has existed to help trucks better withstand a rollover. A crash can be serious enough to overcome this, of course, but there are still plenty of situations where a rollover would otherwise be moderate but instead becomes deadly because the manufacturer simply didn't care to build the truck better.

Why should truckers have to pay the price for a company's laziness? I certainly don't think they should, which is why I try to inform the public about it as much as possible. Now, I have no specific reason to think that contributed here, but I can't say it didn't, either. Folks should simply keep in mind that if authorities didn't bother looking into this factor, there may be other details they're overlooking, as well.
