Ronnie Ziegler Injured in Rollover Accident in Round Rock, TX

Tire failures are often written off as just entirely unavoidable. Frankly, that's often true. One can't really tell when something sharp in the road is going to cause a sudden tire failure. However, there are other possibilities to consider. For one, was the tire worn and in need of replacement? That can easily lead to a failure which drivers and/or their employers can avoid. Alternatively, it's also possible manufacturing defect led to the failure. Not only could a company be on the hook for that, but others could be at risk of suffering similar fates unless the defective product is immediately recalled. Are steps being taken to consider these possibilities and get the victim whatever help may be available?
