Commentary on Spring Car Accident on Gleannloch Forest Dr

A simple narrative of "car hits person" clearly doesn't do this matter justice. Considering the serious damage done, I think it's important for all the specifics of how any why the collision happened be discovered--not just the immediate details of the scene (where exactly was the victim in relation to the road? How fast was the vehicle traveling? Did one person not notice the other? If not, why not?), but also the greater context of the accident. Early reports only say the victim was landscaping; was he doing so professionally? If so, was he properly equipped and trained?

I know some will be tempted to chalk this up to little more than an unfortunate coincidence, but the law isn't so ready to dismiss someone's serious injuries. I have no desire to point fingers or jump to conclusions, but a man's in the hospital and I believe it's important to learn precisely how he ended up there. At the very least everyone benefits from knowing the whole story, but any further steps beyond learning it would depend on what the facts of the matter turn out to be.
