Seven Injured in Train Accident at Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO

This certainly doesn't happen every day, and the fact this wasn't worse is some silver lining. But depending on what happened here, there could be serious issues that warrant consequences. A theme park would obviously be responsible if an employee, for example, went too fast around a curve and caused a train to derail. They might not be responsible if this was some freak accident like a rock landing on the track or circumstances they otherwise couldn't possible have foreseen.

But there could also be evidence showing there were existing issues the park failed to properly address, such as warped railing, worn wheels, faulty brakes, etc. Police don't generally have a "theme park train" division, so experience tells me independent professionals will need to handle things until the victims know what caused their injuries and who's responsible.
