Commentary on Three Truck Accident on Highland Springs in Banning
I often talk about how no accident is really that simple due to the fact that investigators have to consider even unlikely scenarios to properly investigate the crash. When it comes to a crash involving a commercial vehicle, things only become more challenging due both to the severity of the crashes and the involvement of a company no doubt going to great lengths to tip the scales in their factor.
Well, this crash involves three commercial vehicles. To say these investigations will likely be challenging is probably an understatement. Getting the victims help is no doubt going to require experienced independent professionals taking steps to make sure authorities aren't overlooking anything important. Letting the evidence speak for itself is often the best path forward, but that means having the tools and experience to get that evidence.
