Two Injured Three Truck Accident on Highland Springs Avenue in Banning, CA

Banning, CA -- October 26, 2022, two people were injured as the result of an accident where three semi-trucks collided on Highland Springs.

Authorities with the California Highway Patrol responded to the area of Highland Springs Avenue and the 10 Freeway at around 4:30 a.m.

It appears that three commercial trucks traveling along the roadway somehow collided. The exact cause of the crash is still under investigations.

EMS transported one person from the scene with serious injuries while another was said to have moderate injuries. No further information is available at this time.

I often talk about how no accident is really that simple due to the fact that investigators have to consider even unlikely scenarios to properly investigate the crash. When it comes to a crash involving a commercial vehicle, things only become more challenging due both to the severity of the crashes and the involvement of a company no doubt going to great lengths to tip the scales in their factor.

Well, this crash involves three commercial vehicles. To say these investigations will likely be challenging is probably an understatement.
