Child Injured in Hit-and-run Accident on Easy Street in Denison, TX

It's just infuriating anytime someone leaves the scene of an accident, but fleeing after hitting a child is just unfathomable. While it's fortunate that no major injuries were reported, steps still must be taken to find this driver and find out why they ran. Fortunately, the vehicle described seems easily identifiable. There can't be many purple trucks with red lights in the area, so surely a friend, co-worker, neighbor, or even family member will see the reports, do the right thing, and speak to authorities so the child and their family can get the help they deserve.
