Commentary on Alanna Rene Simmons Single-Vehicle Accident in Tarkington

My main concern with crashes like this is that they aren't getting the attention they deserve. Frankly, people tend to see a teen driver and just assume they were speeding or on their phone. But I talk all the time about just how complex single-vehicle wrecks can be. That doesn't suddenly change just because a driver is young. In fact, I can say as a father that might make thorough independent investigations even more important. Whatever happened here, the family deserves answers. It's worth taking steps to ensure the right people are getting those answers so nothing important slips through the cracks.
