Commentary on Dennis Wallace, Marcos Jaime Car Accident in Midland

A big misconception I run into a lot is people thinking that a crash between two passenger vehicles isn't all that complex. In reality, they can be incredibly complex. It's not necessarily that something unusual happened but rather that knowing for sure what all did and didn't happen requires extensive experience. Frankly, police don't always have that experience nor the proper tools to consider things like mechanical issues, medical conditions, road design, defective parts, etc. Understanding this can be a vital step to getting victims and families the help they need. I see no reason right now why this crash would be an exception.
