Commentary on Richard Darges Truck Accident in Crawford County

When it comes to commercial trucks overturning, there's a crucial factor to consider which I find rarely gets the attention it deserves. Put simply, a lot of manufacturers out there continue to build trucks which do not live up to modern safety standards.

While not technically illegal, that laziness puts hard working men and women in serious danger. Rollover wrecks which could be minor or moderate end up being deadly just because the driver was in the wrong truck. Maybe this crash would have been deadly no matter what, but it's important that a victim's loved ones know that investigators are considering all possible reasons the victim lost their life and whether or not those factors could have been avoided.
