Commentary on Andria Nicole Ballentine Car Accident in Fort Worth

I can't help wondering if authorities ever bothered to clear up what happened here. If they simply said, "Both drivers blamed the other," and that's all they ever said, it unfortunately wouldn't be too surprising. Not even that long ago, I was brought on to help a driver hit by a truck where both he and the truck driver claimed the other ran the red light. Authorities said they couldn't make heads nor tails of it, but it took us virtually no time at all to find a nearby security camera that caught the whole thing on video. It may surprise people to learn these kinds of oversights are relatively common with the police, which is why it's important for people to understand the importance of independent investigators.
