Commentary on Carlos Cisneros Motorcycle Accident in Nueces County

When it comes to motorcycle wrecks, my concern is always whether or not they're getting the proper attention. Put simply, folks tend to just assume the rider did something wrong. I'm not saying whether or not this person made a mistake, however I know from experience that making those assumptions only leads to important details falling through the cracks. It's one of the reasons I tend to rely on independent investigations that can ensure the evidence speaks for itself. While that's true with just about any crash, it's particularly important people inform themselves about these challenges when it comes to something as delicate as a motorcycle crash.
