Family, 2 Others Injured in Car Accident on I-69 in Montgomery County, TX

Montgomery County, TX -- October 17, 2022, seven people were injured after an accident where two vehicles crashed along I-69.

Officials responded to the area of I-69 and Grand Parkway between New Caney and Porter at around 9:20 p.m.

According to investigations, a family was in a Honda Accord traveling northbound along the I-69 service road. At Grand Parkway, police allege that a Chevy vehicle ran the light and hit the Honda.

Due to the crash, two adults and three children (ages 4, 8, and 14) were taken from the Honda to a hospital. The driver and a passenger in the Chevy were said to have minor injuries.
