Commentary on Truck/Bus Accident on Hwy 96 in Custer County

Police paint a fairly clear picture of fault in this matter, but truck accidents are rarely simple to resolve. It's always important to investigate them carefully and round up all the clear facts--not only to ensure everyone knows the whole story, but also because plenty of evidence is usually needed to get injured crash victims the help they deserve. I've learned over the years that most trucking companies will fight tooth and nail against accepting liability, no matter what preliminary reports may say happened.

That's why after serious crashes--especially ones involving commercial vehicles--I suggest enlisting the help of independent experts who have the time, tools, and training to find the needed answers. Will those steps be taken in Custer County?
